Kids WRAP (wellness recovery action plan) is a guided wellness plan promoting a happy and healthy life. This plan must be developed by the child. Through a series of tools and activities they can learn how to set the stage for a happy, successful, and healthy life!
What is our hope for Kids WRAP?
With Kids WRAP out hope is to reach as many children and teens as possible to help them create and sustain a happy and healthy lifestyle! With the challenges our youth face on a daily basis, our hope is to plant the seed of wellness through education and positive activities.
